Sensei Nicholas DeLuca is the owner and Head Instructor
at Epic Martial Arts. Sensei Nick began training with his sisters in 1988, and continues to share his love for Martial Arts with his family. In 2003 he opened his first Martial Arts school location located in Hicksville NY with his wife, Sensei Stacey DeLuca.
He has since expanded both his school when moving it to a bigger and better
location, and continues to expand his family, with two beautiful daughters!
Sensei Nick has been a dedicated student since his childhood. He has competed in local, National, and International tournaments, with top Martial Artists from around the world. He has been a member of top sparring teams, fighting as the main event at National Tournaments, as well as an assistant trainer for Chuck Norris’s World Combat League

Sensei Nick has been training in Traditional Japanese Martial Arts under
multiple Martial Artists including, Sabinem Eric San Jose, Sensei Jerry Figgiani,
and Hanshi Patrick McCarthy. He has also trained in Special Forces Combative Tactics known as Krav Maga
under Shihan Tony Morrison. He also trains with UFC Figther and Epic
MMA instructor
Luke Cummo in our MMA Class. He has also attended many seminars with
some of the top fighters in the world, including UFC Legend and Champion Randy
“The Natural” Couture, Lyoto "The Dragon" Machida, Matt Hughes, Chuck
Liddell's Trainer and "The Pit" Owner John Hackelman, American Top Team
Trainer Ricardo Liborio, The Ultimate Fighter Winner Court McGee and
Ultimate Figther and UFC Fighter Rich Attonito.

Despite Sensei Nick’s success as a Martial Artist himself, he is most proud of his students. He enjoys working alongside his family to motivate children and adults to accomplish their goals, both in and out of the Dojo.
He is an accomplished entrepreneur, having run many successful businesses
with his partners and has even been featured for his work in a book called
“So You Want to Franchise Your Business” a recently published book available
at Barnes and Noble.
