Our young students are treated with respect and are taught to return the same respect to others. This builds the self confidence and great attitudes in our children! They are always encouraged to do well at home and in school and we reward all children who show us their progress!
Many of our parents have found that in as little as a year on our Jr. Leadership team that their children tended to be more proactive in their community and to want to do nice things just to do it. Not because they were told! It helps them to gain

- Discipline in doing the things they are supposed to do.
