Tying your Karate Belt

This video and step by step process will show you how to tie your karate belt.  Please view and practice so that you are able to tie your own belt in class.  If you have any questions please ask! 

Practicing at home is a very important part of learning how to tie your karate belt.  Please make sure you always practice your techniques and tying your belt for at least 15 minutes per day.

Rules of your Belt:
1) Always kneel down when putting on or taking off your belt.
2) Never put your belt on the floor.
3) Always bring your belt to class.
4) Never wash your belt.
5) Learn how to tie your own belt.

6) Always be responsible for your own belt.  It is your belt.
